An evaluation puts emphasis on the results and effect of a product. Which resources has been invested in it (input), what are the direct results (output).
It doesn’t only compare anticipated and actual results, but also looks at the unexpected results: maybe you reached another target group than you expected or the effect was different than you thought. What are the reasons? The most important and tricky part of an evaluation is the long term effect; to what extent has the aim been reached?
RiDi Consultancy has almost 10 years experience with evaluations. A combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods are used in a participatory approach, ensuring ownership where it should be: in your organization.
