Who is RiDiConsultancy?

Rita Dieleman has a background in International Relations and Conflict studies. After working as a journalist for several newspapers and as a campaign coordinator for trade union CNV International, she started working as an independent evaluator in 2007. Rita is specialized in action-research on project-, program- and organizational level, and works mostly with NGO’s, knowledge institutes and companies involved in social and sustainable development.  She supports organizations in how to put learnings into practice in a participatory way.

Together with Helga van Kampen she is researching the combination of results and (collaborative) processes as she believes that the wellbeing of the collaboration itself effects the results of joint programs. Besides being an independent evaluator she is trained by the Partnership Brokers Association London in facilitating partnership processes. She has become an accredited Partnership Broker (with distinction) in 2015.
