Project Description

Users research OneWorld magazine and website on global citizenship focusing on profile, outreach and use of information (NCDO, 2014 -2015) based on desk research, online survey, focus group discussions.

Result:
Overview of satisfaction rates, how OneWorld readers gather and use information, which topics they find interesting and what their knowledge about these topics is in comparison to a representative group of Dutch people. OneWorld management used the results of the research to further define its future strategy.
